CyclingSavvy is a three-part course:
Truth & Techniques (classroom), Train Your Bike (on-bike skills), and the Tour of Your City.
Truth & Techniques and Train Your Bike sessions are prerequisites for taking a City Tour session. As such, the City Tour sessions will not be visible below until you select both of the prerequisite sessions.

If you've ever taken a CyclingSavvy session in the past, LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT NOW so your training history is accessed. That way, you will be able to see and register for City Tour sessions without having to register again for prerequisite sessions you've already completed.

Montana Instructors

Roger DiBrito

Migrated from Minnesota to the Pacific Northwest in 1968. Worked….and cycled in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho and have lived in the Bitterroot Valley since 1976. Sharon and I have had the pleasure of working in education; preschool, elementary, college and adult….. for many years. We have 3 fantastic adult children and 10 wonderful grandchildren……we enjoy life on two wheels.

Taylor Lonsdale

I have lived in Bozeman, MT since 2001. I ride year round and love to pedal. I have been an instructor for 2 years now and would really enjoy sharing the valuable skills that CyclingSavvy teaches. I had been commuting for almost 15 years when I took the class. I learned a ton and decided to become an instructor so that I could empower others with these skills that have made my riding experience safer, more comfortable, and far more friendly.

Debra Sension-Hall

I live and work in beautiful Missoula, Montana. As a middle school Health & Physical Education teacher I have a unique opportunity to promote and encourage healthy lifestyles - including cycling. I teach bike safety education to my 7th and 8th grade students and am a co-leader in our after-school group, The Bike Tribe. We take students around town and show them how to access trails and quiet streets to get to various destinations. Our bike education lessons parallel much of what is taught in Cycling Savvy adult classes. By starting with youth, (many of whom are 12 months away from being behind the wheel of a car) we are endeavoring to build a safer, more knowledgable, empowered class of cyclists and a more considerate generation of motorists. Cycling is fun and safe when cyclists drive their vehicles in ways that minimize conflict and maximize their efficacy.
